Dana Chambers is the Project Manager at Article3.org, a nonprofit focused on strengthening the human rights philanthropy ecosystem. Dana graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California with a degree in Business Administration and a focus on Marketing and Management. She has worked in various capacities over the years and has supplemented her formal education with skill sets in graphic design, basic computer coding, human resources, systems operations, and event work. Having worked mostly in small, ambitious organizations, Dana has had the opportunity to wear several hats in fast paced environments which has molded her into a resilient, tech savvy and proactive contributor to the organizations she serves. In 2010, Dana moved to San Francisco and her world shifted when she realized the reputably progressive and activist city was a perfect match to her personal ideologies. Her career developed through phases and industries that increasingly recognized human connection and social justice as core values. From commercial insurance to data analysis to conscious tech and transformational event production, Dana is grateful for the personal growth and professional development that have accompanied each chapter of her career. She appreciates the opportunity to collaborate with smart, compassionate and ambitious individuals and organizations striving to make the world a better place through the advancement of human rights.
